Your Key Responsibilities:

✔ Enforce Security Protocols: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

✔ Guard Access Points: Monitor township entry to prevent unauthorized access.

✔ Lead & Train: Develop security personnel, equipping them with skills to excel in their roles.

✔ First Responder: Act swiftly on incidents—theft, disputes, emergencies—and conduct preliminary investigations.

✔ Risk Assessment: Identify vulnerabilities and recommend proactive security measures.

✔ Community Engagement: Work with Sustainability and LPDC teams to promote security awareness.

✔ Strategic Support: Assist the Township Security Coordinator in planning and executing security strategies.

What You Bring:

• Education: Grade 12 Certificate + Diploma in Security, Social Science, or related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: 5+ years in security, law enforcement, military, or public safety.
• Skills & Certifications:
• Valid Zambian driver’s license
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal English)
• Knowledge of local laws, CCTV, and access control systems
• Mindset: Integrity, accountability, and a commitment to Zero Harm.
