Your Role: Assistant Stores Officer

As the Assistant Stores Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system. You’ll be the gatekeeper of our stock, ensuring everything is accounted for, organized, and ready for distribution. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver top-notch service to our customers and teams.

What You’ll Do:

📦 Inventory Management: Safeguard and accurately account for all company inventory, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring everything is in its rightful place.

🔄 Stock Replenishment: Keep our stock levels optimal by ensuring timely replenishment to all regions, always staying two weeks ahead.

📝 Documentation & Compliance: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring all records are audit-ready and compliant with company policies.

🚚 Receiving & Issuing: Assist in the physical verification of incoming stock and ensure all user requests are processed within 24 hours.

🧹 Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean, well-organized storage space, ensuring safety standards are always met.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 O’levels

✔️ Diploma in Purchasing and Supply (CIPS or related field) – ZAQA certified

✔️ 2+ years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse/Stores Management

✔️ Strong computer skills and proficiency in record-keeping

✔️ Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

✔️ A customer-service mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
