Your Mission

🔹 Be the Go-To Expert – Provide Level 1 & 2 ERP support across global time zones, ensuring seamless operations.

🔹 Empower Users – Train teams, update materials, and optimize financial & supply chain processes.

🔹 Solve Problems Smartly – Troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and escalate vendor challenges with precision.

🔹 Guard Data Integrity – Manage user access controls and uphold audit & compliance standards.

🔹 Drive Innovation – Work on projects that enhance ERP efficiency and business performance.

Who You Are

✅ A Systems-Savvy Professional – 2-3 years in business support, finance, or supply chain (ERP experience a plus).

✅ A Problem-Solver – Strong analytical skills with a knack for fixing issues and optimizing processes.

✅ A Communicator & Trainer – Ability to explain complex systems simply and train diverse teams.

✅ A Customer-Focused Team Player – Passion for service excellence and collaboration in a global setting.

✅ Tech-Proficient – Comfortable with MS Office, reporting tools, and ERP systems (training provided).
