Key Responsibilities:

✔ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute farm plans for crop, horticulture, and aquaculture operations, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals.

✔ Operational Excellence: Oversee daily farm activities, optimizing productivity, resource efficiency, and profitability.

✔ Team Development: Lead, train, and inspire a growing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.

✔ Sustainable Practices: Monitor soil health, crop yields, and aquatic systems, implementing eco-friendly inputs and regenerative techniques.

✔ Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations while maintaining meticulous production and financial records.

✔ Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with suppliers, experts, and local communities to enhance farm resilience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ Experience: Proven track record in farm management; background in horticulture/aquaculture is a strong plus.

✅ Education: Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Aquaculture, or related fields (preferred).

✅ Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

✅ Mindset: Practical, innovative, and independent—with a passion for sustainable and regenerative agriculture.

✅ Bonus: Familiarity with green agricultural chemicals, precision farming, or circular farming models.
