🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Strategic Procurement Leadership:

• Develop group-wide OEM/supplier agreements (Zambia → Global)
• Standardize contracts & drive multi-million-dollar cost savings
• Navigate Zambian regulatory changes with compliance-focused local procurement

✔ Operational Excellence:

• Optimize inventory/logistics across sites to slash costs & boost working capital
• Implement digital supply chain tools (ERP/automation)
• Mitigate risks in cross-border & critical supply nodes

✔ Collaboration & Innovation:

• Break down silos between Kansanshi & Trident teams
• Champion data-driven KPIs and continuous improvement

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

📜 Education:

• Master’s in Supply Chain/Business/Commercial Law
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Commerce/Law

💼 Experience:

• 10+ years in mining/energy/heavy industry commercial roles
• Proven success in:
• High-value contract negotiation ($100M+ deals)
• EPC/EPCM project procurement
• Inventory optimization & logistics integration
