✔ Lead Daily Production: Ensure smooth operations from hive to export

✅ Who We’re Looking For:
📜 Education:
- Bachelor’s in Production Management or related field
🐝 Experience:
- 2-3 years in production supervision (food/honey/FMCG ideal)
- Food safety compliance expertise (HACCP/Organic certs a plus)
🔧 Skills:
- Leadership: Motivate teams under pressure
- Problem-Solver: Fix bottlenecks fast
- Tech-Savvy: MS Office + production software
