Are you a skilled auto electrician passionate about keeping Zambia's electoral machinery moving? The Electoral Commission of Zambia seeks a qualified Auto Electrician to maintain and repair our fleet of light/heavy-duty vehicles and generators - ensuring operational readiness for critical democratic processes.
⚡ Your Mission:
✔ Diagnose & Repair: Fix complex electrical systems using diagnostic tools & technical diagrams
✔ Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks to avoid breakdowns during elections
✔ Emergency Response: Retrieve/repair breakdowns anytime, anywhere in Zambia
✔ Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict workshop safety protocols
✔ Reporting: Maintain detailed vehicle service records
🔧 Who We Need:
📜 Must-Have Qualifications:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Craft Certificate in Auto Electrical
- Class C Driver’s License
🛠️ Experience:
- 3+ years hands-on experience with:
- Vehicle electrical systems (light/heavy duty)
- Standby generator repairs
- Diagnostic machines & technical manuals
