Zambia Sugar Plc, a subsidiary of the ABF Group and the country’s leading producer of sugar and downstream products, is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Outbound Logistics Analyst to join its Supply Chain team in Nakambala.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Embed best practices and standards aligned with ABF’s Outbound Logistics & Sales Way strategy.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards by extracting and analysing warehouse and transport data.
• Support the Customer Service Centre in evaluating service data and identifying performance improvements.
• Continuously improve Supply Chain reporting processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Review and revise SOPs for warehousing and transport to reduce losses across the supply chain.
• Benchmark practices against global logistics standards to drive operational enhancements.
• Deliver accurate ad hoc analysis to support cost and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop exception reports that measure performance against targets and flag necessary corrective actions.
• Adhere to ABF’s policies and guidelines, especially around SHERQ, Competition Law, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
• 2–3 years’ experience in outbound logistics or related functions
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation for decision-making
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and BI tools (e.g. Klikview)
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of KPI management and performance reporting
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, and performance-driven
• ZAQA-verified qualifications are required
