Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia (CCBZ) presents an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Procurement to join the Procurement team. The role will report to the Manager Procurement.

Function: Finance
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Successful implementation and compliance of CCBA Procurement contracts at the country level.
- Accurate master data management and system housekeeping.
- Delivery of country-specific sourcing events and achievement of savings targets.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier relationships that drive performance and cost optimization.
- Execution of the yearly procurement action plan and continuous process improvement.
- Completion of system training programs for all relevant employees.

KBI
- Pipeline of Value (POV) Savings: Achieve country savings target.
- Contract Compliance: Monitor and improve adherence to CCBA contracts.
- Audit & Policy Compliance: Pass procurement audits and meet RACM requirements.
- Master Data Accuracy: Maintain 100% compliance for ERP and procurement systems.
- Training Completion: Ensure onboarding and annual refreshers for procurement systems.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from internal customer surveys.
Supplier Performance: Track and report supplier KPIs and improvement actions.
Skills, Experience & Education
Skill & Experience
Qualification:
- Minimum: National Diploma in Finance, Procurement, Logistics, or equivalent.
- Advantage: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field; CIPS certification.
Experience :
- 5+ years in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years in tactical and operational purchasing (FMCG preferred).
- Strong knowledge of master data management and procurement lifecycle.
