SALES REPRESENTATIVE

CONTRACT: CONTRACT (1 YEAR)

Location:Kaoma,Siavonga,KapiriMposhi,Petauke,mpongwe,Chlilabombwe,Luashya,Kitwe,Mansa,Kasama,Solwezi

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor the successful candidate will be accountable for the following:

Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for promoting our brands, building relationships with customers and driving sales in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities;

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and provide competitor insights
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries
• Collaborate with marketing team to implement promotional activities
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
• Supervision of Local Area Representatives ,Driver/Salesmen

This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma/Degree Sales/Marketing, or related field
• 3 years, proven sales experience in FMCG or brewing industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Computer literate,
• Valid driver’s license
• Honest, reliable and self-disciplined
