VACANCY : Operations Executive – Projects & System Build Support

LEVEL : Senior Officer

LOCATION : Lusaka, HQ

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for providing technical expertise in the delivery of products, automation initiatives, and system enhancements within the Airtel Money department.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

•  Work hand in hand with IT to build new products and conduct User Acceptable Tests on all newly built systems.
•  Drive system integrations projects.
•  Assess IT needs and requirements and examine IT capabilities.
•  Providing technology advice and guidance.
•  Integrating new technology and solutions.
•  Assess operational needs and examine current system operational capabilities.
•  Providing operational advice and guidance relating to Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) configurations.
•  Driving system upgrades that improve customers’ experience when performing transactions.
•  Coordinate and manage projects for all new Airtel Money products.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

•  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
•  Excellent with MS Office products
•  Knowledge on Airtel products and services

Relevant Experience:

•  5years experience working in IT environment
•  Abel to operate in a performance driven organisation
•  Business awareness
