We are therefore inviting applications to fill the following vacant position:

Position: Local Area Representatives

Locations: Kaoma, Mpika, Kapiri Mposhi, Petauke, Siavonga, Mpongwe, Chililabombwe, Luanshya, Kitwe, Mansa, Kasama, Solwezi and Lusaka

Contract: One (1) Year – Renewable based on performance

Remuneration: Commission-based with a base salary

Reporting to: Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer volume targets are monitored and communicated daily
• Ensuring that Distributors adhere to model stocks for all brands and packs
• Ensuring all relevant sales targets are achieved in the area (pricing, availability, visibility, etc.)
• Conducting weekly visits to all retail outlets in the area
• Delivering quality after-sales service
• Establishing and maintaining good customer relations
• Providing timely feedback to customers and management on matters of concern
• Responding promptly to customer queries
• Ensuring all necessary trade documentation is available

Minimum Requirements and Attributes:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and a clean record
• Team player
• Ability to follow instructions, work with minimum supervision, and demonstrate hard work
• Sober-minded, self-starter, physically fit, and honest
