EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
National Milling Corporation Limited, a reputable multinational milling company specialized in the manufacturing of various flour, mealie meal and stock feeds, and also trading in rice and other products, wishes to engage a flexible and energetic person to fill the position of:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE (NAMFEEDS): X1 KITWE
Responsible for the sales and marketing of animal feed products by driving profitability, expanding market share, and strengthening brand visibility across the assigned region. In addition, shall also be required to:
- Develop and maintain a strong, diverse customer base across the region including Katanga Province, DRC.
- Provide technical guidance and product education to customers so as to help them make informed decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly so as to stay ahead.
- Maintain accurate sales records and compile routine reports for management.
- Supervise sales depot staff to ensure efficient stock feed management, excellent customer service, and adherence to operating procedures in the region.
- Conduct regular and random spot checks of sales depots of various stock feed products and Day Old Chicks (DOC) in the region.
- Organize and conduct livestock seminars to train depot staff and feed customers.
- Make frequent farm visitations to provide livestock technical support and market feed products.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Animal Science, or Agribusiness.
- At least three (3) years’ work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the nutritional needs of livestock and feed technology.
- French language proficiency will be an added advantage.
